Adelaide Hills Pop Up Weddings chose Sinclair's Gully Winery's beautiful candlebark forest as the venue for their relaxed and intimate garden ceremonies and weddings. This rustic multi award winning eco winery is located in Norton Summit in the Adelaide Hills, on a private 20 acre nature sanctuary, just 20 mins from Adelaide CBD.

At Adelaide Hills Pop Up Weddings, we believe that everyone deserves to have the wedding of their dreams! We have a number of affordable wedding packages to suit every budget and we are totally flexible to ensure your wedding is exactly the way to want it. Our Adelaide Hills Pop Up Wedding Celebration Prices include venue hire, celebrant and photographer and we can help with many other wedding services. We can assist with arranging caterers we work with, or you can organise your own catering.

Choose from our Lets Elope! 2 hour elopement package ($2,150) or Say I Do! 3 hour forest wedding ceremony ($3,150).

Or why not indulge yourselves with our Pure Passion 4 hour wedding ceremony and reception package from $3,650.

All of our Pop Up Wedding Celebration Prices include venue, celebrant and photographer.

For those that would like a completely stress free wedding day, ask us about our 4 hour garden wedding ceremony and receptions for just $3,650 for venue, celebrant and photographer. You can also add additional hours venue hire for $500 an hour if you would like to stay longer to savour the moment.

Lets Elope! 2 Hour Pop Up Ceremony for $2150*

Our wonderful pop up wedding team is so pleased we can still help make couples their dreams come true!

Our Let's Elope Package starts at $2150 for up to 15 people and includes

. Venue hire for 2 hours

. Celebrant with up to a 30 minute ceremony

. Photographer with 90 minutes of photography on site

. Signing table and 2 chairs or signing barrel, up to 15 chairs for guests.

. Time to immerse yourselves in the forest to savour this special moment. Add a bottle of celebratory bubbles for $40.

Please note, this is a true elopement package, it does not include access to the property on the day to set up beforehand or pack down after. If you would like to decorate, please choose our 3 hour ceremony package.

This beautiful candlebark forest setting at Sinclair's Gully, is the perfect place to elope or have your intimate wedding ceremony with up to 10 guests, its just 15 minutes from Magill in the foothills.

Our Let's Elope package is available Sunday to Thursday (Saturdays available during winter and maybe available at other times, please ask us)

Say I Do! 3 Hour Forest Wedding Ceremony For $3150*

3 hour daytime wedding celebration for $3150* includes venue, celebrant and photography.

Our 3 hour wedding ceremony package is ideal if you would like to have a celebratory drink with your guests after your ceremony.

Available Sunday to Thursday between 9am and 8pm (Fridays and Saturdays available during winter and maybe available outside of peak times)

- up to 100 guests. Choice of forest setting and deck locations for your ceremony

- 3 hours venue hire between 9am and 8pm. Please note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony for guest arrival and car parking assistance

- celebrant - up to 30 minute ceremony

- photographer - 90 minute photography on site. Extended photography available on request

- Access the property to decorate, set up and pack down on the day.

- 16 ceremony chairs, signing table or signing barrel

- 3 on site toilets, access to power and water

- Ability to personalise your decorations and styling without restrictions

- Support throughout your planning process including referrals to trusted suppliers

- arrange your own iPod playlist

Optional Extras available;

- Drinks (Strictly NO BYO ALCOHOL). We have a licenced bar. You are welcome to put an amount on the bar, to pay for drinks on consumption or for guests to buy their own drinks. Wine is priced at cellar door prices, beer and cider from $7-$8 per bottle.

- Bar staff $40 pp per hour. 2 staff members required for up to 50 people, 3 staff required for 50 to 75 guests, 4 staff for 75 to 100 guests.

- We have equipment for hire at very reasonable prices, including wine barrels, tables, chairs and lighting. Prices are $10 a table, $5 a chair, $25 a wine barrel, arbour $95, umbrellas $15, microphone and speaker $75, 100m of festoon lighting $95 (including setup and pack down), 6m x 6m marquee $350 (including setup and pack down)

- On the day Wedding Coordinator; includes coordinating suppliers, set up and pack down, ushering guests on arrival (please ask us for more details on price and services)

- Decorations and wedding styling can be arranged by yourself or we can refer you to one of our trusted wedding stylists

- Arrange a wedding cake and some nibbles to celebrate with your guests or we can put you in touch with some amazing caterers who will be happy to help.

- Wedding cake supplier with gluten free, vegan and dairy free options

If you would prefer to host a reception with meal, please choose our 4 hour ceremony and reception package.

Pure Passion 4 Hour Wedding Ceremony and Reception $3,650*

Our 4 hour wedding celebration $3,650 includes venue, celebrant and photography. Available 7 days a week between 9am and 9pm

Extra hours venue hire can be arranged for $500 an hour beyond 4 hours. Please note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony to allow for guest arrival and parking assistance.

- Up to 100 guests. Choice of forest and deck settings for your ceremony.

- 4 hours venue hire between 9am and 9pm. Please note venue hire starts 30 minutes before the ceremony  as guests arrive.

- Celebrant - up to 30 minute ceremony

- Photographer - 2 hours photography on site. Extended photography packages available
