Our new Let's Elope Package starts at $1450 for up to 10 people and includes

. Venue hire for 1.5 hours

. Celebrant and up to 30 minute ceremony

. Photographer with 90 minutes of photography on site

. Signing table and 2 chairs, up to 10 chairs for guests.

. Time to immerse yourselves in the forest, to savour this special moment. Add a bottle of celebratory bubbles for $40.

Please note, this is a true elopement package, it does not include access to the property on the day to set up beforehand or pack down after. If you would like to decorate, please consider the 2 hour ceremony package.

Adelaide Hills Pop Up Weddings chose Sinclair's Gully Winery's beautiful candlebark forest as the venue for their relaxed and intimate garden ceremonies and weddings. This rustic multi award winning eco winery is located in Norton Summit in the Adelaide Hills, on a private 20 acre nature sanctuary, just 20 mins from Adelaide CBD.

At Adelaide Hills Pop Up Weddings, we believe that everyone is entitled to have the wedding of their dreams! We have a number of affordable wedding options to suit every budget and we are totally flexible to ensure your wedding is exactly the way to want it. Our Adelaide Hills Pop Up Wedding Celebration Prices include venue hire, celebrant and photographer and we can help with many other wedding services. We can assist with arranging caterers or you can organise your own catering.

Choose our 90 min elopement package ($1450), a two hour ceremony ($2250) or three hour ceremony ($2650).

Or why not indulge yourselves with our four hour wedding ceremony and reception from $2950.

All of our Pop Up Wedding Celebration Prices include venue, celebrant and photographer.

For those that would like a completely stress free wedding day, ask about our venue's 4 hour garden wedding ceremony and receptions, just $2,950 for venue, celebrant and photographer. You can also add additional hours venue hire for $500 an hour if you would like to stay longer to enjoy the moment.

Two Hour Pop Up Wedding Ceremony for $2250*

Two Hour Pop Up Wedding Ceremony for $2250 includes venue, celebrant and photography.

Available Sunday to Friday (Saturdays available during winter and maybe available outside of peak times)

- up to 120 guests for 2 hours between 9am and 8pm. Note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony to allow for guest arrival and assistance with car parking.

- venue (forest setting, deck or undercover patio). We have wine barrels, tables, chairs and arbours available for hire at very reasonable prices

- access to the property on the day to set up and pack down

- celebrant up to 30 min ceremony

- photographer (2 hours) includes images on USB

- wedding planning assistance

- arrange your own iPod playlist

- strictly no byo alcohol

Optional Extras Available;

- Drinks can be prearranged on request. We are happy to run a bar tab or guests can pay for drinks as they go. Bar staff $40 an hour per staff member, min 2 hours. Two staff  up to 50 people and 3 staff required over 50 people

- 6 x 6 marquee available for hire for $350, 1 days notice required

- soprano/wedding singer available for 2 hours from $300

- wedding styling and hire

If you would like to have a celebratory drink, a cake or some nibbles after your ceremony, our 3 hour package is perfect for this.

3 hour daytime wedding celebration for $2650*

3 hour daytime wedding celebration for $2650* includes venue, celebrant and photography.

Available Sunday to Friday between 9am and 8pm (Saturdays available during winter and maybe available outside of peak times)

- up to 120 guests. Please note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony for guest arrival and car parking assistance

- venue (forest setting, deck or undercover patio). Note we have wine barrels, tables, chairs and arbours available at very affordable prices

- celebrant, up to 30 minute ceremony

- photographer (2 hours), with images on USB. Extended photography packages available

- Drinks. You are welcome to put an amount on the bar, to pay for drinks on consumption or for guests to buy their own drinks.

- Venue and bar staff $40 an hour per staff member. Bar Staff required 2 staff for up to 50 people and 3 to 4 staff required for over 50 people depending on guest numbers.

- Arrange your own gourmet platters or nibbles or we can put you in touch with some amazing caterers who will be happy to help.

This is our 3 hour ceremony and drinks option. Its ideal if you would like to celebrate with your guests after your ceremony with some drinks, cake and/or some nibbles.

If you would prefer to host a reception with meal, please consider the 4 hour package or longer.

Four Hour Pop Up Wedding Ceremony and Reception $2,950

4 hour wedding celebration $2950 includes venue, celebrant and photography. Available 7 days a week between 9am and11pm

Extra hours venue hire can be arranged for $500 an hour beyond 4 hours. Please note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony to allow for guest arrival and parking assistance.
