ADELAIDE HILLS POP UP WEDDING PACKAGES

Our Adelaide Hills Pop Up Wedding venue is the perfect wedding celebration ($3,950) includes venue, celebrant and photography. Available 7 days a week between 9am and 9pm

Extra hours venue hire can be arranged for $500 an hour beyond 4 hours. Please note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony to allow for guest arrival and parking assistance.

  • to 100 guests. Choice of forest and deck settings for your ceremony.
  • 4 hours venue hire between 10am and 9pm. Please note venue hire starts 30 minutes before the ceremony as guests arrive.
  • Celebrant - up to 30 minute ceremony
  • Photographer - 2 hours photography on site. Extended photography packages available
  • Access on the day for decorating, set up and pack down between 9am and 9pm.
  • 16 ceremony chairs, signing table or signing barrel
  • 3 on site toilets, access to power and water
  • Ability to personalise your decorations and styling without restrictions
  • Support throughout your planning process including referrals to trusted suppliers

Our Adelaide Hills Pop Up Wedding Package Optional Extras

  • Four hours not long enough? Add an additional hours venue hire for $500.
  • Drinks (Strictly NO BYO ALCOHOL).  We have a licenced bar. Drinks are based on consumption or put an amount on the bar to suit your budget. Wine is priced at cellar door prices, beer and cider $9 a bottle.
  • Drink service staff prices. $55 pp per hour ($75 an hour on public holidays and Sundays). 2 bar staff up to 50 people, 3 bar staff 50 to 75 guests, 4 staff 75 to 100 guests.
  • Ask us about hire of wine barrels, tables, chairs and lighting at very reasonable prices. $10 a table, $5 a chair, $25 a wine barrel, arbor $95, umbrellas $15, microphone and speaker $95, 100m of festoon lighting $95 (including setup and pack down), 6m x 6m marquee $450 (including setup and pack down)
  • On the day Wedding Coordinator; includes coordinating suppliers, set up and pack down, ushering guests on arrival (please ask us for more details on price and services)
  • Decorations and wedding styling can be arranged by yourself or we can refer you to one of our trusted wedding stylists
  • We can put you in touch with great caterers we work with (grazing tables, spit roasts, paella, cocktail style, boho picnics) or you are welcome to arrange your own catering
  • Wedding cake Our wedding cake supplier offers gluten free, vegan and dairy free options.
