ADELAIDE WEDDING CEREMONY SPECIALIST

Our 3 hour Adelaide Wedding Ceremony (from 3150*) includes venue, celebrant and photography.

This Adelaide wedding package is ideal if you would like to have a celebratory drink with your guests after your ceremony.

Available Monday to Friday between 10am and 8pm (Saturdays and Sundays available during winter and maybe available outside of peak times. Please ask us!)

  • Up to 100 guests. Choice of forest setting and deck locations for your ceremony
  • 3 hours venue hire between 10am and 8pm. Please note venue hire starts 1/2 hour before the ceremony for guest arrival and car parking assistance
  • Celebrant - up to 30 minute ceremony
  • Photographer - 90 minute photography on site. Extended photography available on request
  • Access the property to decorate, set up and pack down on the day between 9am and 8pm.
  • 16 ceremony chairs, signing table or signing barrel
  • 3 on site toilets, access to power and water
  • Ability to personalise your decorations and wedding styling without restrictions
  • Support throughout your planning process including referrals to trusted suppliers
  • arrange your own iPod playlist

Our Adelaide Hills Wedding Ceremony Optional Extras

  • Drinks (Strictly NO BYO ALCOHOL). We have a licenced bar. You are welcome to put an amount on the bar, to pay for drinks on consumption or for guests to buy their own drinks. Wine is priced at cellar door prices, beer and cider from $9 per bottle.
  • Bar staff $55 pp per hr ($75 per hr pp Public Holidays and Sundays). 2 staff members required for up to 50 people, 3 staff 50 to 75, 4 staff 75 to 100.
  • We have equipment for hire at very reasonable prices, including wine barrels, tables, chairs and lighting. Prices are $10 a table, $5 a chair, $25 a wine barrel, arbour $95, umbrellas $15, microphone and speaker $95, 100m of festoon lighting $95 (including setup and pack down), 6m x 6m and 4m x 8m marquees $450 each (including setup and pack down)
  • On the day Wedding Coordinator; includes coordinating suppliers, set up and pack down, ushering guests on arrival (please ask us for more details on price and services)
  • Decorations and wedding styling can be arranged by yourself or we can refer you to one of our trusted wedding stylists
  • Wedding cake supplier offers gluten free, vegan and dairy free options
  • Arrange a wedding cake and some nibbles to celebrate with your guests or we can put you in touch with some amazing caterers who will be happy to help.
